castillodemontsonis.es (hereinafter the Website) is an internet domain owned by Montalbi, Sociedad Civil (In formation)(hereinafter Montalbi), with Tax Identification Number (CIF) 53750752M, and with its registered address at Plaza de la Iglesia – Castillo de Montsonis s/n Montsonis, 25737 Foradada (Lleida). Montalbi makes the website available to all users under the terms set out in the following conditions:

First – User Definition.
Access and/or use of the website grants the person doing so the status of user, accepting from that moment and without any reservation the following General Terms, without prejudice to the Specific Terms that Montalbi may establish for the regulation of certain services and/or contents.

If the user is a minor, they must obtain prior permission from their parents, legal guardians, or legal representatives, who will be considered responsible, for all purposes, for all actions taken by the minors under their care.

Second – User’s Obligations.

In this regard, MONTALBI reserves the right to deny access and/or use of the website or any of its contents and/or services to any user who has breached these General Terms.

Fourth – Responsibility of MONTALBI. The entity is not responsible for damages and/or losses of any nature that the user or a third party may suffer due to:

(i) the lack of availability, maintenance, or effective operation of the website, its services, or its contents;

(ii) the lack of usefulness, truthfulness, suitability, or validity of the website, its services, or its contents to meet the needs or expectations of the user;

(iii) a third party, in breach of the security measures established by MONTALBI, uses the website, its contents, or services to transmit viruses or gain unauthorized access to data stored by MONTALBI.

(iv) Nor, in general, for any use of the website, its services, and/or contents that the user or a third party may carry out in violation of the access and use conditions established by MONTALBI.

Fifth – Authorization for the Use of Contents.
The contents made available to the user by MONTALBI are protected by the necessary intellectual property rights and have been legally transferred for the appropriate purposes by the respective owners.

MONTALBI authorizes the user to use them for the purposes expressly stated on the website or in these General Terms, and the reproduction, distribution, modification, or public communication of the contents, in whole or in part, is prohibited, except in cases where, upon prior request, MONTALBI accepts their reproduction.

The linking devices provided by MONTALBI to the user are solely intended to facilitate access to other content and/or services that may be of interest. These are not managed or controlled by MONTALBI in relation to the legality, truth, usefulness, quality, or reliability of content and/or services that are not directly managed or controlled by MONTALBI, even if they can be accessed through the website.

Eighth – Amendment and Cancellation of these Conditions.
MONTALBI reserves the right to modify, in whole or in part, the website, its design, content, and/or services, as well as these General Terms, whenever it deems it appropriate.

Likewise, MONTALBI reserves the right to interrupt, temporarily suspend, or definitively cancel the website or any of the contents and/or services that comprise it, at its sole and complete discretion.
